We truly enjoyed the well-organized and beautifully appointed hotel. Its location close to a medieval cathedral was perfect. The staff was excellent and caring. The restaurant was good.

The location was great, just off Santa Maria Novella train station, Piazza del Duomo, and the city center. Excellent service from the super-friendly, extremely polite staff members.

Had the double room and it was airy and large with comfortable bed. The location was amazing for exploring this good area, not far from the Santa Maria Novella cathedral, the main sights, and great restaurants.- Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring 👍

The rooms are decent sized and new-fashioned, provided with with bathroom, comfortable bed, for example. The decoration is nice. The staff is extremely friendly, an absolute asset to this the place. All in all they offer excellent service.

During our stay, we had the misfortune of experiencing a noisy room with unbearable extraction noise and vibration from the inner courtyard. The noise disrupted our sleep and made our stay unpleasant. However, the location of the hotel is superb, near the Duomo, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel, but with the caveat to avoid room n° 8.

The hotel had a charming medieval vibe and beautiful stained glass artwork on the roof. The concierge was very knowledgeable and friendly, providing us with all the information we needed. The room was clean and spacious, with a collection of interesting books to peruse. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Canada and would highly recommend it to others.
